Becca Cosmetics First Light Priming Filter + Soft Light Bluring Powder Demo /Review

It may not be summer yet but, who doesn't love a sunkissed glow ? I was recently sent some products from Becca Cosmetics and Influenster. I have always wanted to try their products, specifically their Champagne Pop highlighter  and their mattifying primer. Their products are more on the higher end , so I haven't been able to splurge on those items yet. So you can imagine how stoked I was to get these products.

The products I received in the Becca VoxBox from Influenster were the First Light Priming Filter , Soft Light Blurring Powder  and their Kabuki Brush.

I filmed a video trying out these products for the first time on my YouTube channel HeyItsShadei !

 

Obsessed or Over it ? First Light Primimg Filter

• I loved the purple color of this primer and the shimmer. Its so pretty!! 
• The top of this primer is a  pump, which makes for easy application
• This primer has a lemon scent 
• This product is $38
• You could instantly see the brightness and glow it gives to your skin
• After I applied my foundation and concealer, I couldn't necessarily tell if the glow was from my primer or the soft light blurring powder

Verdict: Obsessed!!  (For a dewy primer I think it did the job, but it is pricey. You can probably find dupes.)

Obsessed or Over It ? Soft Light Blurring Powder

• The packaging is so chic and sleek. It looks like glass, and will look great on your vanity. 
• This is a loose powder
• This is a setting powder with a glow ! 
• Takes away the extra step of applying a highlighter
• The glow you get from this is amazing! It will give you a sunkissed glow
• This setting powder is $38
• Although this does give you a glow, it doesn't make you oily. 

Verdict: Obsessed !!! I am in love with this setting powder. Its a setting powder and highlighter in one!

Thanks to Influenster , I got to try out some new Becca Cosmetics!! I have always wanted to try Becca Cosmetics, so i was pschyed when i found out I was receiving the Becca VoxBox. The VoxBox came with 3 products: Soft Light Blurring Powder in shade Golden Hour, First Light Primer and a Kabuki Brush.

18 New Years Goals You Can Actually do in 2017

Happy New Year !! Im so excited for 2017, I feel like this is gonna be a year of progress and trying new things. The new year often gives us this feeling of rebirth and change, which can be inspiring and spark a new fire in us.

Resolutions like "I want to lose weight" or "get a gym membership" are common resolutions. While resolutions are great, and can give us something to work towards ; alot of the time most people give up on them by February.

I came up with a list of realistic new year resolutions/goals that can actually be accomplished this year. They are simple, easy and very doable.

GA-DE Cosmetics Makeup Review

I was recently sent some products to try from GA-DE Cosmetics (pronounced Jade). I never heard of this makeup company before, so it was interesting to try something completely new to me. GA-DE Cosmetics  is a international makeup company based in Israel.

I was sent the Fall 2016 Collection , which included the Basics Matte Eye Shadow Palette, the Idyillic High Definition Volume &Length Mascara , High Precision Matte Eyeliner , Idyllic Soft Satin Lipsticks in "Bare Chic" and "Wine Divine". All of these products came included in the cute clutch pictured above.

At first I thought the Mascara was brown because, of the packaging and the mascara didn't look that dark. However, the mascara was very black when I put it on my lashes. To my surprise the mascara made my lashes look twice as long! This mascara is great if you don't want to wear falsies and still want the look of long lashes.

When it comes to eyeliners, I like liners that are a very dark black and have good applicators that make for an easy sleek line. This eyeliner has a very sharp thin felt tip, and applies very dark. I liked  how it applied on my lids. You need to take your time since the tip is so thin to avoid mess ups.

These lipsticks have a satin finish , so they moved very easy. The lipsticks are very easy to smear but, the colors were very pretty. Out of the two shades "Bare Chic" was my favorite. It was a very soft pink with a neutral tone. I thought it would be a bright pink, which I never wear because they don't look right on my skin tone.

I liked how the colors in this palette are great for everyday and very pigmented. They also blended very easily.

Phillips Sonicare Series 2 Toothbrush Unboxing

Hi Dolls, 

I recently purchased a Phillips Sonicare Electronic Toothbrush (2 Series edition) and I had to do an unboxing. I did a  unboxing video for my YouTube channel HeyItShadei ,which you can watch here ! I purchased this on CyberMonday because of the amazing savings ! This toothbrush is originally $70. I got it for $25 , $29 including tax....I KNOW, AMAZING RIGHT! This deal was too good to pass up on. I did not see too many videos on this on YouTube and I know there are lots of people that are considering buying this since its so highly talked about. It is pretty pricey which is why i started looking into it about 6 months ago before finally deciding I wanted to purchase one. This is a little early Christmas gift to myself.

Real Techniques Holiday Brush Set Collection Unboxing

Hi Dolls,

We are getting closer to the holidays which means holiday collection sets will be coming out soon! And the holiday food, music , and movies of course. Its my favorite time of the year. I was lucky enough to get this Real Techniques Holiday Collection Brush set to review from Influenster. I really needed some of the items sent to me in this box, it was perfect timing lol. Lucky for you I filmed an unboxing video to show you exactly what's inside.

If you are new to Real Techniques, they make great quality and affordable makeup brushes. My first real set of makeup brushes I brought were Real Techniques, and I still use the brushes till this day.

Easy Cat Halloween Makeup Tutorial !

Its that time of year , where we get to see all the creative Halloween costumes and makeup looks. I love using Halloween to be a little more creative with makeup. I decided to do a simple cute look since I have been low on time this year. Cat makeup on Halloween is always a classic and you really cant go wrong. Huge Fall Clothing Haul ! (Rue 21+Forever 21)

Hi Dolls,

Its one of my favorite seasons of the year...Fall! Fall is one of my favorite seasons for so many reasons. Lets start with the food, the clothes, boots, the colors, the dark lipstick, the gorgeous fall leaves. I mean I could go on and on.

I love clothes shopping for fall. Its that time of year when its getting chilly but, not freezing yet. Jackets, Boots, Scarves, Hats are some of my favorite fall items. I love shopping for fall stuff right before summer. It is when you will catch insane sales on great stuff. All of the items in this haul were less than $40.....in total! I know that's insane, right ??

Halloween is behind us and I had so much fun with makeup looks. Here's some of the looks I did.


Pop Art Tutorial .





Gangsta Clown : I was inspired to do this look after watching Beauty Guru Chrisspys gangsta clown tutorial on YouTube. This was so easy to do , and I had all of the makeup products I needed already. You basically just need a black eye pencil or eyeshadow. I had to try this lol. I didn't fiom this but I wish I did.
