Its that time of year , where we get to see all the creative Halloween costumes and makeup looks. I love using Halloween to be a little more creative with makeup. I decided to do a simple cute look since I have been low on time this year. Cat makeup on Halloween is always a classic and you really cant go wrong. You can achieve this look without buying an expensive costume , and you probably already have most of the products you need at home.
