My Fitness Journey


Hi Dolls,
 
 
 
 

I know I haven’t posted in a while due to my hectic  schedule but I have a new post I but have been waiting to post. Lately I have been more interested  in becoming more fit and eating healthier. I am naturally a small girl but I want to be more toned and eat better. I see so many people on Instagram that are taking on this new healthier lifestyle and their bodies are changing tremendously ! Its not about becoming a stick  and starving its about  being active and being the best you , you can be . It is never to late to get in shape and I am excited about this change and the results I hope to see.

 

Some changes I have made:
Cut out Fried Foods /Junk Food
Unhealthy sugary fruit drinks
Exercising at least 3 days a week
Drinking more water


My goals:
To become more toned (abs, thighs, and booty ..lol)
Eat healthier  and cleaner
Exercise consistently
